The Missing Package

I called customer service because my package had been marked delivered, but nothing was on my porch. The representative asked me to check with my neighbors, so I did—and discovered the package had been delivered to the neighbor who was currently helping me look for it. Customer service called back to apologize, because apparently the package was lost in a conversation.
