Wrong Door Policy

I called customer service because my package had been delivered to the wrong apartment. The agent asked me to describe the neighbor who signed for it, so I explained that he was tall, wore glasses, and insisted he lived there. They found the package immediately: apparently I had been reporting my own apartment for six months.
